Uggs and Vuitton, Really?

Lately I've been battling with myself on my looks. Shape, clothes, hair everything. I think when you just have a baby it seems that all females give the pass on wearing the grungy tee and worn jeans or the sweatpants and oversize tee shirts. Cause hey, I think we've all been there, know someone who's been there or are on the path to it.

Being my discontent self, I was walking in a Safeway moping around the isles thinking of what kind of food I can divulge in without breaking my muffin top. As I'm turning the corner of the bread isle, I see a woman with 2 children in what looks like clothes that she wore to sleep and never changed out of. That didn't shock me. What caught my attention was the fact that she was carrying a Louis Vuitton. A Monogram Speedy 30 to be precise.

This got me thinking...is this me? Am I the Ugg wearing, jeans only, t-shirt, stay at home mom that compensates my outfit with carrying a Louis?! I am guilty of this. And to be frank I am too lazy at times to take out all the stuff in my purse and transfer it to another. Another one of those things moms don't seem to find the time for.

So my question is...does a Louis Vuitton add more to the outfit?
